"Disappointed with the wine selection"
I was disappointed with the wine selection here. I went in expecting to grab a couple of my usual bottles, but they weren’t available, and the overall variety felt really limited. I asked about it, but didn’t get much of a helpful answer, so I may need to follow up with management because this was a frustrating shopping trip.

I opened the bottle expecting it to be fine, but wow, the taste was just off right away. I took one sip and instantly knew something wasn’t right. Definitely not what I was hoping for.

"Box arrived smashed up"
I’ve ordered bottles like this before and they usually come packed a lot better, so I was surprised when this box showed up crushed. The bottles had barely any protection inside, and I’m lucky they didn’t break.

My order showed up with the wrong items, so I reached out to support thinking it would be a quick fix. They said they’d look into it, but I never heard back after that. It’s frustrating to pay for something and then have to chase people just to get what you actually ordered.

I had a frustrating experience with customer service. I reached out about an issue and it took a while to get replies, and when they did come through, they didn’t really answer what I was asking.
I felt like I had to keep repeating myself just to get a basic answer, which got old fast. I’ve been willing to give them another chance, but if this is how support usually goes, I’d seriously think about taking my business somewhere else.

"Wine Club Turned Into a Hassle"
I signed up for the wine club thinking it would be simple, but it ended up being a headache. They made a bunch of vague promises about easy management and flexibility, but when I tried to cancel, it was way more annoying than it should’ve been. Then I got charged again anyway. Not worth the frustration

"Still waiting and feeling dumb for trusting them"
I placed my order thinking everything would be fine, but the shipping has taken way too long. At this point, I feel stupid for trusting them and expecting it to show up when it was supposed to.

I was trying to find something on the site, but the pages load kind of slow and the menus was confusing. I ended up clicking around more than I wanted and still didn’t really get where I needed to go

"Pricier than it felt worth"
I thought the prices were steep for what I ended up getting. The wine was okay, not bad, just nothing that really stood out. For the money, I was expecting something a little more... I’ve found better deals elsewhere, so I don’t think I’d order again.
